Please tell us a bit about your role at RWW Group and your typical day?
As the Business Development Manager, my typical day consists of client meetings, emails, and phone calls to potential prospects. I'm always on the go, ensuring that I stay connected with our clients and explore new opportunities.
What attracted you to the workwear and PPE industry, and why did you join RWW Group?
With a background in sales, I was looking for a change in the industry. The fantastic team and supportive company culture at RWW Group truly drew me in. It felt like the perfect place to grow and contribute.
How do you approach understanding and addressing the unique needs of our clients?
Each client's needs are different, so I prioritise fully understanding what they are looking to achieve. I tailor each conversation around the value we can provide, ensuring that our solutions align with their goals.
What do you find most rewarding about working in sales within the Safety and PPE industry?
The most rewarding aspect is helping businesses improve their outcomes. Knowing that our products contribute to a safer work environment for employees makes the effort worthwhile.
How do you think RWW Group's values and culture influence the way we approach sales and client relationships?

I stay informed through social platforms, supplier relationships, and colleagues' insights. This information is invaluable for prospecting and asking the right questions during client interactions.

Since I joined RWW Group, we've achieved exceptional growth year after year. With the right attitude and continued innovation, I expect this trend to continue as we evolve and introduce new features to benefit our clients.
What advice would you give to someone new to the industry or looking to join a sales team at RWW Group?
Active listening and problem-solving are key skills. If you can master these, the rest will come naturally.
